1964: Graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Political Science.

1967: Attended the University of California at Los Angeles for graduate work in African Studies.

1970-71: Completed Master’s Degree courses and comprehensives in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences at the University of Chicago.

Work Experience:

1964-1966: Peace Corps volunteer in Tanzania.

1967-1970: Peace Corps staff, including Director of Midwest Region recruiting office.

1971: Headed the United States Senate “New Voter” campaign for Charles H. Percy of Illinois.

1973-1977:Staff scientist at SAIC La Jolla.

1977-1982: Joined The Bowen Company as a real estate salesperson. Sold Del Charro Woods and La Jolla Woods I & II. In 1980 received real estate brokers license and worked with The Bowen Company’s residential office in La Jolla.

1982-Present: Joined Willis Allen Real Estate in 1982 and in 1993 formed The Reed Team partnership with husband Phil. Since 1993 Phil and Pam have completed over 675 transactions for a total of over $576 million.

Former Director of the San Diego Board of Realtors, Sandicor and the MLS Committee.
